Perhaps this request is a little rare and strange. I would like to buy some puppets which may delight young children. Not just Thai-themed puppets, but also some which are inspired by Western fairy tales.

Do you know where one can buy those?

I miss interpreted the title - I thought you wanted puppets instead of children (easier to deal with etc !!)...

Anyway - I can't help you with this specifically. The nearest I have seen are the shadow puppets.

However, for rare and strange items such as this I have found that purchasing online and having them mailed over is often a good alternative (private mail, i.e. non DHL / Fed-Ex etc should avoid the tax).

There is none left, the Government has them all....

I bought mine when i was in Singapore Ikea, saw them in Malaysia Ikea and US Ikea too.

Should have the same items over here.
