Running all electrical wiring through blue pipe.
There is a significant semantic difference required to the above as the meaning above would mean 4-6 conductors: Derate by 80%. = 20% of rating 7-9 conductors: Derate by 70%. = 30% of rating 10-20 conductors: Derate by 50% = 50% of rating this is patently ridiculous -

Controlling hunger
No, just know about nutrition and not much of a cheater in eating. I worked out 3-4 days a week from 17 to 62, when I moved here. Not having a gym close by that was open early, I slowed down the amount of training but still doing it. The only cardio I've ever done was martial arts but not weekly. If you eat small meals, you won't eat too much that will be stored and you won't be hungry. Missing breakfast is the worse thing you can do, as you'll likely eat too much later when your body needs less. Not eating too late, less than 3 hours before sleep, is also a tip. A meal can be 2 yogurts, a couple of pieces of fruit, a bowl of soup, a protein drink, small sandwich etc. Breakfast is usually 2 eggs, whole grain toast with sugar free jelly, oatmeal with a banana and soy or almond milk and coffee with Equal.Dinner is pasta with ground chicken and sauce, chicken and rice, Pad Krapow, Pho, fish and rice, or Thai food at my girlfriends house. Easy to follow and you'll never be starving. -

Why haven't you learned Thai even after several years as an expat in Thailand?
I I don’t know about partitives, but I’ve read that there are 2 main types of classifier, one being for countable things and the other for non-countable things. English uses classifiers for non-countable things in much the same way as Thai . For example, water is non-countable, so the phrase “‘three water” is meaningless. It needs a classifier such as glass, bottle, jug, barrel to be added. Unlike English , Thai also uses classifiers for countable items, such as chairs and dogs, so in Thai we can’t say “three dogs”, we have to say “dog three body”. There are rare exceptions in English - a pedant might say that “‘three cattle” is grammatically incorrect, it should be “three head of cattle”, where “‘head” is the same as a Thai classifier for a countable thing. -

Mayor Pete tells dems to stop being A-holes
Someone once told me that the proof of the pudding is in the eating. Based solely on results, he has what it takes. He is in the White House after all. As he was in his first term. And the world didn't fall apart until Sleepy Joe. Hell, even Dems had a decent approval rating before Sleepy Joe.- 1

I can't even open a bank account in Thailand but yet I'm expected to pay Thai tax?
A Kasikorn Current account has a cheque book and no passbook. I never met anyone ever who has one, everyone has a Savings account. -
