Should I Wait?

I've recently become interested in getting an ipad, since the announcement of the ipad 3 and the problems associated with it ( heating, poor battery issues) I don’t know if I should wait. I’ll probably be using it for mostly watching series (instead of on my macbook), facebooking, youtube, just light browsing really. No need for the camera (already got the 4s with 8mp ), so anyone had the chance to use both the ipads and is it really worth the wait? Thanks

I have had a ipad3 for just on 10days - no issues runs like a dream, great battery life - absolutely fine, no real complaints - ran music for 7 hrs today still have 50% battery
