She is a US41 - 42 shoe size and is pulling her hair out about not being able to find shoes in her size in Bangkok.

I have assured her that there must be shops targetting farang women, but can't for the life of me find one.

its actually very simple....stick to the major shopping centers like center world and siam paragon...you cant go wrong
