I have a mac and i use office for mac. I use firefox for browser. I downloaded the tm.47 form for mac a long time ago and now it doesnt work. I used to open it in word and had it already filled out and just needed some minor changes, but now it comes up wierd. I downloaded a new copy from thaivisa and this is what happens

One thing that is strange is it shows Angsana New font. I am not sure what that is but I cannot change fonts nor access page setup its is all greyed out

Try going back on the site and downloading the PDF version. My MBP running Office 2011 produces the same result as what you are getting. I did convert the PDF to DOC using a program called "Solid PDF to WORD" if that helps .

office is one of those applications that will never be as good on native mac as it will be on windows, for obvious reasons. Either use crossover to run office 2007 (and maybe 2010) or use a windows emulator like parallels/vmware fusion

That Thai font they use comes default with Windows Word but not with Mac Word. Get the PDF version as another poster suggested.

I got it working, I downloaded "angsa.ttf" font free and then put in into the folder font book. First I did what this guy suggested from apple, clearing the cache.

Now it works in word [that font shows up] and I can fill it out online as before
