Where To Buy Nice Art Prints In Pattaya?

Featured Replies

I'm after some nice framed prints for my new house but can't find any shops that specialise in Pattaya. Places like Index have a very small selection, but are very expensive. I'm looking for something like Prints R Us where you can select from a range of prints and then choose your frames. Anyone know?

I don't know if this will serve your needs but I recently saw a kiosk in the open area between Home Works, Jim Thompson, and Office Depot next to the Big C complex on Sukumvit and Pattaya Tai, which offers a service where they will blow up and frame any picture that you bring to them. Did not have time to really investigate the service but I am sure that they have some "stock" pix that you may like

Thanks, I'll have a look. There doesn't appear to be the same demand in Thailand as elsewhere for framed prints. Shop like Prints R Us and similar are in every shopping mall in Australia where they have literally thousands of prints to choose from. Maybe Bangkok has more of a selection than Pattaya.

Not quite what you are asking for, but maybe worth a look if you are in the area. Walking down Pattaya Klang in the direction of beach road past Tops supermarket on the right hand side, there is a small market there and I've seen a guy who paints pictures and frames and sells them. Maybe he can paint something you like?

Maybe not to your taste, but worth a mention even if for someone else who might be looking for something a little different.

There's also a small soi alongside Mike's Mall that has a lot of shops that paint to order, but that's not really whaat I'm looking for. Thanks anyway.

Central world has several shops selling framed pictures/paintings whether they are your taste or not is another matter. If not just buy from Ebay and get them framed here if you can find any frames you like in framing shops.

Not a lot of choice in Pattaya last time I looked, easy to just go online and order, cheaper too. Ikea in Bangkok have a selection, again not a great deal of choice..
