Read the factual information from the source. No mention of any specific figure mentioned. It could be 250K, 500K, or i.2 million. It's the amount in the account at the time of requesting the letter for Immigration. -

Thai - Cambodia Conflict Thai Army: 2,500 Cambodian Troops Killed in Border Clashes
Yes, it should normally just be dying down by now, and a lot of the claims are complete nonsense. You can see by the Thai media's daily non-stop repeating of propaganda they are fed that there must be another reason to keep this thing alive. But maybe same is going in in Cambodia - who knows. -

Alert! Bangkok Bank new rule money seasoning
The story about the financial requirements for foreigners in Thailand has been a revolving narrative since around 2016-2017. Initially, the regulations were quite stringent, demanding that individuals have 800,000 THB in their bank accounts for a period of four months before and four months after their application. However, in 2017-2018, these requirements were eased, reducing the mandatory balance to 400,000 THB. This adjustment was part of a broader effort to attract more foreigners to the country by making the financial requirements more manageable. What's happening now is not a new policy but rather a nationwide implementation of measures that have already been in place in certain areas. This means that the financial criteria are being standardized across the country, ensuring consistency in how these regulations are applied. For those who are legally married and have registered their marriage both legally and with the relevant authorities back home, the requirements are generally more flexible. In such cases, the financial threshold is typically set at 400,000 THB, provided that all necessary legal documents are properly legalized and presented. Additionally, the regulations also consider situations where a foreigner is taking care of a Thai national or a Thai minor. In these cases, the regulations are interpreted in a way that allows the foreigner to continue providing care without being hindered by the financial requirements. This interpretation ensures that the care provided to the Thai national or minor is not disrupted, which is in the best interest of the Thai individual. Therefore, being legally married and having proven to the regulations that one is taking care of a Thai national or minor can significantly help in navigating these financial requirements, providing a pathway for foreigners to maintain their residency while fulfilling their caregiving responsibilities. what you see and notice about the enforce ment of the rules and regulations as well the prerequsits they are not new at all. -

Understanding blood pressure.
Depends how strict you are on cutting the carbs. I was Keto-ish, as not strict Keto, which actually allows quite a bit. Can't say I was Keto, then I'd have to admit to cheating now & then. If cutting all carb, or almost, then you fall into Carnivore diet, which I could never stick to. Atkins, Mediterranean & DASH are all terms of the past, I think. Not sure what one would call my diet. Fats, ~50% of caloric intake, (low saturated fats) Protein (lean), ~20-30% Carbs (fibrous), ~20-30% Do satisfy my sweet tooth now & then, but Glucose was 5.3 last test. No alcohol or tobacco product. Along with IMF, from about 2000 - 1200 hrs Quick Ms Google, and I'm apparently Keto 2 🙄
