Korat Immigration, Again

Featured Replies

I'm gettin rumours that the place will be shut for 3 days next week, starting monday 7th may 2012.

Any one got any info on that?

Also, re-entry permit stamps. My p/port just has space for 1 more; but only on a part used page, that will have to be stamped "sideways". Any one know if I can expect a problem?

Mabe special price can be offered for un-usual visa stamping procedure.

Mabe I loose my current retirement extension.

Jeez.

I do not know if KI is open or closed. However, Monday 7th is a public holiday in lieu of Saturday 5th and Wednesday 9th is also a public holiday. Quite possible KI is taking Tuesday 6th in lieu of public holiday May 1st (Labour Day).

With regards your passport - time for a new one by the sounds of it. KI will transfer your existing visa details into your new passport once you have it.
