Will Thailand always remain a Third World Country?
They're fixed a lot faster in the US than here. Roads don't go years until they're repaired. People complain as soon as a pothole appears. New Jersey, where I was born, has more traffic then almost anywhere on earth, and the potholes are there because of the traffic, salt and extreme weather changes, but they're fixed very fast because they know people need to use the roads daily. Here they go years before they get to them, along with the nonsense practice of repairing roads that don't need repair to justify the money for the next year. .I've not been to the UK yet so I'm not aware how fast they're repaired there unless people from there talk about it. When I hunted Mexico for three years, the roads there weren't as bad as those I see here, and it's a poor country also. Canada, from what I've seen, hasn't any problems on the main roads I was on, although it's a huge country and I've only been in three provinces. -

Musk Claims Social Security is a Ponzi Scheme!
That funds are being continally spent to finance beneilfits is not in dispute. The issue was the claim that SE intake is placed in general government coffrrs and spent on whatever. This is not the case. The expanding numbers of retirees relative to SS tax income from employeed persons is the problem, not SS income bring used for other govt spending. This is why the full retirement age keeps getting pushed back. Other measures will likely br necessary as well to keep the system solvent over the long term. Similar problem in many other countries. -

Thai Chamber of Commerce Warns of US Trade Threat, Urges Swift Government Action
This is not possible so long as the value of Thai exports and services to the US exceeds the value of US exports and services to Thailand. There will never be trade parity between the US and Thailand because of the physical and GPD per Capita disparity between the two nations. Fact: the size of Thailand is about the same as Texas. Thailand's population is about the same as California. For trade parity America's cumulative 50 States will always need more imports and services than Thailand. If California were a country it have have the fifth largest economy in the world. There are no economic concessions that Thailand can make to the US to reach trade parity value (albeit too late that Thailand is buying Swedish jet fighters instead of US jet fighters thst could have soften the trade imbalance with the US). Thailand is not a member or partner in BRIC that Trump wants to tariff. Serendipity luck. In all likelihood within the next 2-3 months the USD will devalue in the international market as Trump's import tariffs, factory closures and higher unemployment impact the economy into a recession-like market while the baht remains fairly stable. -

Donald Trump is a coward
I’m willing to bet that you’re chinese yourself, not even a real Australian. Last time I wore my Trump hat around Thailand i received a lot of positive feedback and some were Australians.
