For tax and number plates the office is on the airport road on the right hand side, can't miss it, big government building with a car park around it.

If you turn into the road that goes into the airport, it is about 200 meters up on the right hand side. You cant miss it. Looks very Government if you know what I mean.I also think its purple too.

Haha, "very government." Here's a link to it on Google Maps. The other one is here and this might be the one you're looking for. I'm still confused which place is for doing which.
