I found a shop who can print your own drawing on the left side of Asoke underground station ( the floor before to get down to the ticket booths), but the girls were really nasty that day, other place where I never been but has been suggested by a person in this business it's in the same soi of the "old" immigration office in Bangkok, he said an hundred meters before immigration office in the same side of the soi.

There's some in MBK that average 500 baht a piece for low-volume runs.
