There has never been a Farang Bar in Mukdahan or not what i call a bar anyway. As Memock said you have The Mukdahan Manor B&B with The Waterfront- Song Fung Khong Restaurant which has a great cocktail bar and the Largest Selection of Spirits and Cocktails in Mukdahan. www.mukdahan-manor.com There is also a Pub called The Picking Cowboy which is a couple of doors south of the Rivercity hotel. This has a western decore with a band playing old english rock & roll each night. A Few foreigners gather there most evenings and the Thai Owner speaks good english also. So thats the choices on offer in Mukdahan but you wont find better food than Mukdahan Manor for 100's of K's.
