Artist Drying Rack For Classroom

Possibly should be cross-posted to Education/Teaching, but here goes:

Hello all, I've recently begun working as an art teacher here in Bangkok instead of an English teacher and I'm thrilled! (It's what I went to school for and I've got a US teacher's license for it, just no jobs for that back home, ya know?). Any way:

Age range is First grade (Prathom 1) to Ninth grade (Maythayom 3).

My school is still working on developing its program, and we actually need to replace some furniture due to flood. So they've asked for me to help choose it and I don't know where to look in Bangkok. The furniture supply catalogues they have show library supplies but not art room supplies that I'm looking for. Most specifically an artist drying rack. I've asked some other local art teachers but I've gotten no responses.

The school also offered to order from US or UK for this particular item, but as this is a bulk item I think once they see the price tag combined with International shipping that's probably going to be a no and it's not like I can shuffle it over in a suitcase on my next trip home.

I realize something like this could probably be built, but I'm not particularly adept at carpentry and I don't know where to look for that, either. (Anyone know someone that could build one, if pre-made ones cannot be located?)

Honestly most of the examples on Dick Blick are good, it all depends on what can be found here in Bangkok and it's price range.
