Just tried to pay my True Internet & Phone line bill on their website and the site seems to have changed and doesn't accept my old ID / pwd?

Anyone else noticed this. Haven't had time to closely look as traveling overseas at moment and just wanted to pay the freaking bill on time each month.

Have never been able to find anything on True websites (only by chance can find) but I did not receive this months mail bill until due date so had to go to office and pay. Second time this year have not received on time so would love to have another option than running to there office in Fortune.

It's a new system with more "features"; meaning that they made it more complicated. You need to register as a new user again.

I stumbled my way through it the other day and eventually got my bills paid.

They need to hire people that at least speak SOME English. They are a pain in the a$$ to deal with. The bills come at random times and sometimes they don't come at all until the next month. Then they hit you with a 2 month bill. I wish there was another provider.

I have it setup so my monthly bill is paid via my SCB credit card. I'm sure you could do the same thing with just a debit card. I don't ever have to think about paying my true bill its all done automatically regardless of what shows up in the mail.

I can't get the website to work. I finally got signed up using the Thai page and keep getting SQL server errors.

Thai web programming.... why don't they hire some Indians?

I pay my True bill online from K-Bank account. One of the few things here which works most of the time.

Don't feel too bad - they claimed my wife's ID card number was invalid when I tried to sign up to web service several years ago.

So after getting Bangkok Bank internet access have set to pay TRUE automatically now. They were so thrilled they locked up my internet connection to tell me how happy they were (could not access anything except that notice on browser and could not clear it - even with re-boot of computer and modem) - had to contact by phone and after normal 'what is the customer doing wrong' questions they find it locked so they have to do something first and then I have to reset modem). At least first payment using this system seems to have taken place without issues this month so have some hope - although have not received either a bill or receipt by mail - only the same you have automatic payment notice (twice).

We have paid our Truevisions packages via the True website. We charged our Kasikorn VISA card and even got the monthly statement from K-Bank with that payment.

Nevertheless, Truevisions insists that we did not pay and after showing them the statement, they said they cannot find the money. It went to another account (inside True) and we have to pay again.

It is unbelievable the mess (Not-)True seems to have in their accounting department. They cannot locate a payment, which we have fully identified and they cannot associate a payment with a customer.

I'm pretty sure all the Thai banks' internet banking accounts have options for paying on-line. I have most of my monthly bills paid automatically via direct debit. However, I recently signed up for a True Move H 3G pre-pay service, which doesn't lend itself to direct debit. I was glad to see that my Bangkok Bank iBanking had in its "personal payee" list a new listing entitled "True Move H Pre-pay top-up." Easy to top-up every month (or not, if I'm out of the country) from home with a couple of keyboard strokes.

Beats having to go to the local 7/11 store.

Oh yea, going to 7-11 for bill payments can get old quick. Below is a cut and paste from Bangkok Bank iBanking showing the Mobile Refill companies iBanking can be used to make payments to/do refills online.
