BREAKING NEWS Second Assassination Attempt-Secret Service get Trump to safety
I wonder will this boost Trump's ratings in smne weird way - like God is looking after him sort of narrative. If he had been killed by the AK47 there would be the double irony of a Ukrainian supporter killing an Amerocan ex president with a Russian rifle. -

Activist Mike Rayong leaves Thailand, citing safety and freedom
Good deed, as in Thailand you can be convicted for every post on social media, or every word you speak... Defamation about police, hotels and other subjects we can read many times here.... The Thai freedom of speech, writing and thinking and words is far away -

Cash splash: Truck crash with 4.2 million baht, money still missing
A vehicle accident involving a pickup truck carrying 4.2 million baht in cash has led to a dispute and ongoing investigation into the missing money in Uthai Thani. The truck, driven by a local car broker, veered off the road and plunged into a pond near Wat Huai Khanang, located in the first village of Uthai Thani province. Rescuers and locals managed to recover 500,000 baht from the water but the remaining 3.7 million baht is still unaccounted for, raising concerns and suspicions from the owner of the money. Sawitree, a resident of Nakhon Sawan and owner of the cash, expressed her doubts about the broker’s claim that the remaining money had sunk to the bottom of the pond. She requested that the pond water be pumped out to verify if the remaining amount was indeed there. However, the pumping operation was stopped yesterday, September 15, due to a malfunction in the water pump. Today, police officers Phakhin Wannasri and Pojanat Ketkla from Nong Chang Police Station revisited the scene to further investigate the incident. Phakhin stated that no formal legal action had been taken yet, as no official complaint had been lodged. Both parties were expected to meet at Nong Chang Police Station to attempt a settlement, but no specific time had been set. The 500,000 baht recovered from the pond, along with the pickup truck involved in the accident, was set to be returned to the broker, Thongchai, once the investigation moves forward. Thongchai, who was expected to be discharged from Ban Rai Hospital, was anticipated to meet with investigative officers for further discussions. Sawitree had already started discussions with Thongchai regarding the responsibility for the missing 3.7 million baht. She indicated her willingness to negotiate and possibly accept the value of Thongchai’s assets as compensation, reported KhaoSod. The incident has drawn significant attention in the local community, with many speculating about the whereabouts of the missing money. The police continue to monitor the situation closely, awaiting the outcome of the negotiations between Sawitree and Thongchai. Gel battery vs normal battery....Honda Forza 300 2016
Anyone have any experience with Gel batteries in their bike? Do they last longer? The normal batteries seem to last me 2-3 years. Not that worried about the price but they are around 3 times the price. -

Is The Nana Family Land On Sukhumvit Haunted?
Speaking of potentially haunted sites, The King Power Mahanakhon Building on Naradhiwas Road (adjacent to the Chong Nonsi BTS station) was partially constructed on top of land belonging to the old Hokkien Cemetery which is located directly behind it. Most of the cemetery is gone now, but a tiny piece of that Chinese cemetery is still there in Soi Seuksa Witthaya, which is also known as Silom Soi 9. I believe they spent years relocating the old Chinese graves (prior to construction of that tower), and that some of the graves used to reside directly underneath where parts of that building now sits, but I am surprised that nobody was worried about ghosts when building a skyscraper on top of that old Chinese cemetery land. Given that the current owners of the building are Thai Chinese (King Power Group), you would think that there would be more superstitious issues involved with a property like that. -

Brawl on Bangla Road, Transgender Woman Assaults Tourist
What I know about this issue of racism in the modern day in Thailand. 1. Online dating sites are swamped by Indians and Middle Easterners harassing Thai women and transgender. Proof. Open a fake account as a female and see what happens. 2. Indians, and Thai Indians are notoriously arrogant against Thais. They regard Thais as beneath them. 3. We've seen a massive growth in arrogant behaviour among certain Middle Eastern groups in Thailand. The Thais were aware of this long before it hit farang news outlets. 4. But the more experienced among you will remember the conflicts and routine abuse of the old days in Lower Suk. The stories were not fake. I had to get hotel staff to rescue a girl a few years ago. It still happens, the sickening gangbang surprise. In saying all that, there are many good Indian origins people, and Middle Easterners in Thailand. Some of the kindest and most gracious people you can meet. However, you won't find them drunk at 4am in Bangla. That's a different brigade altogether. -

That was a breach of fiduciary duty, nowhwere does the judgement say "thief". Besides, the action was dismissed when Trump agreed to pay money owed resulting from the breach. What kind of "thief" pays money back? https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/6542108-trump-foundation-decision.html -

They sell neither Evaporated Milk nor Condensed Milk in Thailand 😉 Its becoming clear, just as it is in every single thread in which you post, that you are being deliberately obtuse and attempting to trivialise the original discussion, escalate tension through mocking tones and irrelevant remarks. You focusing on sarcastic, belittling claims, and detracts from any productive or meaningful debate, seemingly with the intention of always aiming to provoke. Your repetitive approach to shifts the conversation from the thread's intent to unnecessary argument and engage in disruptive behavior which reveals that your only intention is to stir conflict rather than contribute constructively. You're just a troll. Becasue, the rest of the world considers the Carnation brand of condensed milk as real condensed milk. Carnation is a well-known brand that produces both sweetened condensed milk and evaporated milk. Their sweetened condensed milk is made by removing most of the water from cow's milk and adding sugar, which thickens and sweetens it. -
