Hi i' m looking for a gym where i could just walk in a pay for the day..nothing fancy, just for weights nd cardio....hopefully atound jatujak or close to te bts..any tips? Tks ...

Few kilometer away from jj market, on the Lad Prao road, inside the supermarket Big C/Imperial you can a found decent gym and you can pay per day, week or month. Forget the big gym chain its always a 6 month membership.

Klong Toey area just off Ratchada Phisek (south of Asoke) have a public facility, just rusty old free weights, reckon it's free, but wouldn't be game to hang out there late at night, daytime should be fine - maybe 8-)

Lad PRao 35/1 - serviced apartments just inside on the right. They havea gym called powerZone with swimming pool. Pay by the day 400 baht for full access.
