Anyone living in the area of The Mall or Pantip Ngam Wong Wan experience a power outage?

During the brief but very heavy rainstorm the power in our moo ban went out at 4 pm and did not come back on until 10 pm. According to our village manager the whole area was out, but the moon ban that is literally next to ours as well as surrounding areas were not affected. I'm guessing that they did a very bad job installing the electrical system as this was the 4th time it happened this year.

Thanks for the reply, I live is the Sansiri development just down the street from wat buakwan.

I did see that every see that everywhere else was fine, looked like we were the only ones affected.

I live behind the mall in the Lumpini Prachacheun Condos and we had nothing happen if that helps..

Guess it confirms we were the one affected and not widespread as they claim.

Power was out from at least Rama V Bridge to the pier during some of that time - probably around 16:00 to 18:00. Not sure if it was related, though. Same deal, storm blew in, power cut.
