Did you enjoy it then? Could have just watched a replay from every other England match in the knockouts from the last 20 years.

When, oh when, will we ever practice penalties.

What the new coach should do it at the end of each training session, make all players go head to head best out of 10 penalties. The loser has to give 2 months of his income (not salary, income including endorsements etc) to charity. That would get their head in the right place.
