Pattaya People, Pattaya Trader (mostly real estate but widely read general classifieds), Pattaya Mail, and Pattaya Today to name a few.

You can try some of the smaller, independent publications (I'm assuming English ones, right?) like the Big Chilli or BK Magazine, or smaller community based papers.

But really, there are many other ways to advertise than in print publications and in today's world you can and you should choose your advertising depending on your product and your target audience, and not what's best available to you.
