Must have good facilities (pool, security etc) and be no less than 75 sqm.

Additionally, we are looking to purchase a car. Budget 300 - 500k.

Tricky budget, can get a decent small place, but not enough dough for a decent place in the area. 25-30K is the going rate for what you're after in Bang-Na.

Is 75 sqm going to be big enough for your family for 2 years?

Sorry, no. Best to visit and ask around at the office there. Easy to find, reight behind Central Bang-Na. Nice place.

Excellent location... plenty of shopping, and transport.
