Valuewifi @ Ihouse (Rca); Translation Help

Featured Replies

Hey guys,

I am living temporarily at iHouse on RCA and I would like to access the existing wifi network. Please refer to the following image:

I would like to purchase the 7MB plan for 590 baht. Where/How can I pay for the service? There are several numbers at the bottom left but I'm not sure which one to call. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.

Shawn

On the LH side under Value WiFi,

Siam Commercial Bank, under that is,

Kasikorn (Thai), under that is,

Bangkok Bank.

You could try the two numbers on the RH side.

On the left side, are they account numbers or telephone numbers? I don't understand the system too well. It seems like I should just go to a bank atm, enter the account number, pay for service and I'll get the wifi login and password. If that's not correct, can you clarify? Thanks!

Shawn

From looking at their web site with Google translate turne on, those numbers on the left appear to be bank account numbers for the service. But many times just transferring money to an account does not turn on the service; it only provides payment which then allows the service to be turned on via the service/application completed in front of sales rep, over the phone, internet application, etc...in this case I expect via some application provided to a sales rep. Their web site seems to say their will be a dealer for your area.

Do yourself a favor, call the number(s) on the right of your image...one is a Bangkok land-line number and one is a cell number...hopefully, they will have some reps who also speak English and can walk you through the process.
