We found this in the yard this morning. Does anyone know what kind of snake this is? My neighbor killed it and took it to eat.

its bit far away but first glance i would say it was a rat snake , they are poisenous but not deadly to humans. its these snakes cobras

prey upon. normaly removing hiding places from garden will keep them away because no hiding places (weeds, rubbish and old pots)

so no worry about these kind of snakes , the byte will sting like hell but normal pain relief will fix most of the pain (always do pass by hospital to check)

Looks like a garden hose from here and without my glasses. Still approach with caution, as them hoses move sometimes!

Its too small to be my ex. same species tho
