House Or Land In Kathu Needed

hi does anyone know of any 3/4 bed houses with swimming pool for sale in kathu phuket. Failing that any ideas on what we should be paying for land?

Depends of the location but expects to pay about 10 m baht for a rai of land in the centre Kathu.

I believe the price of land in central Kathu would be nearer 20 million per rai on small blocks, which are also very hard to find
