Topping Up True Move H, Truemoney

Featured Replies

Ok, yesterday I went to 7/11, with an intent to top up my truemove sim, to get 3g 5gb package. Gave them 1k baht, they gave me the slip.. and I "topped it up" using the aircard computer interface.

Got message that I have balance of 1.1k baht on my truemove account. But when I enter #123# it says balance is <deleted> 0.00 bht, and I can't subscribe for 3g.

It turned out it's some truemoney bs I have no idea what, so apparently I have 1k baht on my account, but I'm unable to use it... probably need to "move" that truemoney to my sim account somehow, but have no idea how. Anyone have a clue ?

Googling didn't provide me with much answers, and the truemove web siteS are a mess... they have like 50 of them, half thai half english, no idea what's going on there.

Help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks...

Do you have a TrueMove SIM or a TrueMove H SIM? You seem to use both interchangeably. Is this a new SIM? Did it ever work for you? What is the exact SIM model?

I guess, without a lot more detail, I would ring 1331 and ask for assistance.

There have a been a ton of TrueMove H threads here, some with a lot of detail re: aircard usage. Example found from searching: http://www.thaivisa.com/forum/topic/529661-true-move-3g-wireless-air-card/page__st__25
