Prime Minister Thaksin Shinnawat will call a meeting of 12 main ministries today to conclude modernization policies and build partnership for development again, before he consults with foreign ambassadors in Thailand.

Secretary general of the National Economic and Social Development Board (NESDB) Ampon Kittiampon (อำพน กิตติอำพน) said that the premier has assigned 12 ministries as the main agencies responsible for development projects in 12 fields, so that the government can formulate modernization policies and build developmental partnership, before the matters are discussed with foreign diplomats. He said that today, at 2PM, the premier has invited officials from 12 ministries to give details of their development projects as assigned.

All issues will be concluded before being raised in the meeting with foreign ambassadors in Thailand next month.
