Sinatavee Group Developers?

Any head of these builders? they have been going 25 years. The mrs has her heart set on one of the houses, if you can call it that. Went to see the ones under construction and was shocked at the shoddy work, could do better brickwork myself, full of faults, gaps and holes in the mortar where you could see light coming through. true they are cheap at 1.69 mil for a semi but remote with no infrastructure, transport etc. Even the show house had the garden wall falling away from the house (subsidence) She loves it, i hate the idea of living there (thonburi country) Never wanted to live on a moo bann but thais seem to think it's heaven. Just wondered what reputation these builders have, obviously not up to land and houses etc.
