Hi

My wife & I are looking to rent an apartment / house etc close to the beach & Hua Hin (prefer close to Hilton Hotel if poss).

2 bed minimum & would like to have broadband connection.

Q1. - Is broadband normally installed in rental properties

Q2. - Approx how much (£) per month is usual for say a 3 months rental Jan, Feb & March

Thanks in advance

Hi Vance, you could try HERE and HERE or, you could always check into a reasonable hotel for a few days fiirst like here then get a better look on the ground and talk to the local Expats etc for other options (there's lots but jan to feb is tight)

Broadband (well, adsl at least) is widely available now but if it's not pre-installed at the residence of your choice, maybe fire up your laptop first and check to see if there's a signal. Chances are there is and you can then buy pre-paid wifi cards from various local internet shops. eg: 100 baht for 300 minutes from Sunshine.

Good luck! :o
