Have just seen 11 rai of land (no house) for sale about 1km from city centre. Let me know if you want details.

we look for land to breeding goats.

we calculate with 50.000 - 80.000 for one rai.

the house must not be so big, in the moment

my wife stay at a thai - house without aircondition

and hot water in Song.

OK, you will have to buy in the countryside.

Your best bet would be to visit every bank in town and ask to see the list of land/houses for sale and pick out one that suits you.

I strongly suggest you look for something with vacant possession
