eckivoigt
I'm holding a Non-Immigrant B-A visa and the Visa expired on May 18, 2004. Now I'm retired and want to change the Non-Immigrant B-A Visa to a Non-Immigrant O-A Visa. I'm 51 years old! I need to know: 1) What are the requirement to apply for a Non-Immigrant O-A Visa in my case? 2) I will not go out from Thailand until my Non-Immigrant B-A Visa expired on May, 18, 2004. When should I apply at the Immigration latest for to change it in a Non-Immigrant O-A Visa? There are any special rules? Thanks!
dr_Pat_Pong
Go into Immigration and discuss the matter with them. Do you have 800,000 baht in a bank in Thailand, and have you surrendered your work permit ?
