Lueng Nok Tha

Featured Replies

Am I correct in thinking there is a small Tesco in Lueng Nok Tha? If so, can anyone tell me if they sell fresh meat, veg etc.

My memory is fading through old age and beer but did I also once read that someone is selling imported foodstuff in the same area.

Any info welcome.

Yes, there is a small Tesco Lotus on the main Chaiyangkhun Road from Amnart to Lueng Nok Tha. It is about 1 km south on the left-hand side before reaching Lueng Nok Tha driving from Amnart. I have never been inside but from my experience of these small Tesco Lotus stores, they have a very limited range of meat and fresh vegetables if any. I doubt if they make their own bread but they probably sell common bread brands.

If fresh meat and vegetables are want you are after, then travel 20 minutes down to Amnart and shop at Big C there.

Thanks for the info guys. Tesco just have something the others don't, but I will certainly look in BigC Yasothon where I'll be later in the day.

No news of the imported foreign food then?? That's a pity

They have packaged meats, fresh vegatables and a donut bakery...don't remember seeing fresh bread but I will check when I go on Saturday.

What are you looking for? There is a guy in Amnart selling the usual fare of bacon, sausages, pies etc. All good stuff, so I have heard.
