All seems to work fine for me except one small problem. I no longer have the spinning gear when I click "Get mail" on my apple mail accounts. Anyone else have this?

Yes good topic thanks, My problem is in App store it shows 10.8 DOWNLOAD is highlighted and

10.7 Highlighted Download, when I called Applecare USA since I have 99 days left, they tried to have my click Option when I booted and then install from the Main drive instead of the App store,

took about 2 hours and they said if it continues to call them back to day and do a clean install.

I don't know why I am having this problem either do they.

I had the same when installing 10.7 as well.

When I click on Download 10.7 it says I cannot install because I have a later version.

When I click on 10.8 Download it asks if I really want to do this?

I click cancel since I don't want to go through Downloading it again.

Also one of the other apps in App store in Purchases says install, when I install it

after five minutes it goes from Installed to Install.

I have late 2009 Mac mini and have 750 gb internal HD, and 8 gb ram I installed both from

kits at OWC online.

When I brought it in to Applecare at IT Fortune they had

reinstalled a mother board two months ago because of problems with the electric plug falling out.

After that I had to reinstall 10.7

but was having the Download never going away highlighted.

Enough I am sure I have shared sufficient info.

I am not worried about it and maybe I will call them back to try a clean reinstall and use my Time machine to install my apps etc after.

Something is not right here. When I reboot an error message in many languages is on screen

saying that I had to shut down and restart because of a problem to send to Apple the log.

That is what they seem to be concerned about.

Who knows maybe a virus?

Possible?

thanks
