Gonzo the Face
In typical fashion for Thailand, I just became aware of the fact that the water has been turned off due to a major waterline break, [ per a neighbor] No word was mentioned by anyone and only became aware of it due to no more water in the reserve tank. Anyone got any info on the break, like where it is and when it could be expected to be "water go" again ? I am just on the East Bank of the river by Rama IX Bridge. jackr
Don't know, but we've been off all day, too. Out at Land & Houses near Mae Jo. Also have bugger all left in the tank...typical!

JuniorExPat
I was told late on Monday evening that the city water would be off from '08:00 on Tuesday until Wednesday'(!) - so I guess you can expect it to be back on sometime today . . . maybe! Apologies for not thinking about posting the (late) warning here JxP
x-pat
Scenario yesterday: X-pat came home from jogging, sweating and panting. Wife says: "Mai mi naam". -- Rats! -- Luckily we live next to a large pond. Water was back this morning. This kind of thing reminds me that we are not living in the capital anymore. Cheers, X-Pat
