I doubt if they have a size that big anywhere in Thailand but you might want to try Pro Cam-Fis on the third floor of Emporium where is the only place in Thailand I found shoes for serious trekker/hikers being sold. Believe they have German made LOWA trekking/climbing shoes there. Their number is 662-664-8811. You might also want to try North Face shops in Siam Discovery and Gaysorn Plaza.
