Wanting a blood test and maybe an Xray but would like to know the price that a private hospital will charge

It would depend on the type of blood test and x-ray required. If just for general well-being suggest you check some of the hospital web sites for there check-up or healthy type exam programs at a set price. These should include all normal tests and a doctor consultation but if you have specific tests you would need to state them for readers to respond with what they may have paid.

For the blood test, depends obviously on what it is! Anywhere from less than 100 baht to several thousand.

Xray usually not more than a 1,000 - 2,000 baht , but it does depend on the hospital and also the type of film and how many views. Under 1,000 at a govt hospital.
