On Facebook, go to De-hydrated - Modern Living Cuisine. Jennifer can help you. I think she can obtain both the new Sedona and the older but tried and true Excalibur. But get your wallet ready. This kind of import is a lot more expensive here than back home. I have a very good digital scale I bought in Chiang Mai, but the store was gray, dusty, and really lacking in curb appeal. You just have to ask the right Thai.

We dry ours on large woven trays placed on the roof. No dehydrator required, mother nature does it all for free! Just have to remember to bring in at night and keep one eye on the weather in case of rain. Just love the small bananas, tomatoes etc.

You could try Virasu, Lad Phrao...from The Mall Bankapi go west on Lad Phrao road for 200 or 300 yards and it's on the LHS

I am sure I saw a food food dehydrator a few months back. I would be amazed if they did not have digital scales. I purchased a hi-quality pressure cooker and a digital internal thermometer (for oven) at:

Emporium -- out near Soi24 Sukhumvit Rd -- on the top floor. Fabulous range of kitchenware.

If that is not too far out of your way it is worth a try.

Was that the zebra brand pressure cooker? I just looked at their largest one, only have zebra brand, fits about 3 one quart jars. It was 4000b. Nice but too expensive...
