Virgin Condo?

One of these days, some developer in BKK might clue into the need for a DECENT condo complex dedicated to monthly/weekly studio flat rate rentals, complete with adsl wifi, cable TV, small swimming pool & basic gym etc. Say, 20 - 30k monthly flat rate, plus weekly flat rates. Nothing fancy, just smart n clean. Same in Jakarta, Manila etc, these types of places are almost non existant.

For the short term independent biz traveller (1 week to 3 months) whom obviously can't sign a year contract, who doesn't want to pay ridiculous service charges or ++hotel rates or wasting time trying to find a place with a dedicated tel line (if extremely lucky) only to then have to sign yet another agreement for adsl. This would ensure full occupancy 24/7, 365.

I'd like to start a chain of these... anyone game?
