bdw Posted October 8, 2012 Share Posted October 8, 2012 I don't think that your wife can have a hold put on your passport for non-payment, BUT, I MIGHT BE WRONG I know one guy who had his passport screwed with because of a paternity case against him. That would be considered a child support issue which by US law can cause a problem with getting a passport.
