Bottle Of Wine Delivery

My friend is arriving for a few days holiday in Phuket, staying at the Kata Beach Resort Hotel. I live in Chiang Mai. Will it be possible for a Company to put a bottle of wine with a welcome note in his room prior to arrival? Or any TV member living in Kata area willing to do it? I will be very happy to transfer to bankaccount any costs involved. Thanks.

Probably the best think is to speak to Guest Relations (or similar) at the Kata Beach Resort itself, and arrange a bank transfer for whatever the cost is.

Clearly the obvious thing to do is ring the hotel and have them do it. its common practice in all hotels.

Send an e-mail to the hotel's F/B mgr. it is the easiest way for sure and they do it very often.
