LET ME BE CLEAR, there is no excuse for rape, none!!! and I truly feel sorry for the poor woman and family and impact it will have for the rest of her life.

wearing bikini's g-strings and whatever on the beach is the correct place for this if you choose so, BUT I and many others i have spoken with both thai and falang, see often falang woman walking on the street in bikini, g-string, and see though sheer wraps, not only on the stree but in 7 eleven , tesco, mackro and big c, also I've see this in govenment buildings/ offices, and the worst of all in temples even after walking past the sign requesting not to do so, would it be ok for woman to do this in a church? court of law? I say USE your bloody brain and show a little respect, & common decency.

I know that many countriesthis would not be ok, so why do that here, most thai woman see this and think NOT polite, ugly a "normal" woman with the exeption of bar girls can never do this, but olso this is provocitive for some men both thai and falang, just because people are on holiday that dose not mean they can do anything they like with no regard or thought for others and themselves.

Here are some facts regarding the feminist rights of Western women:

The woman controls whether you have sex or not. She controls whether she gets pregnant or not. She determines whether to have an abortion or not (even if the man or husband wants the child). She has the option to divorce her husband at any point during the marriage just on the grounds that she no longer wishes to remain with her partner and if there are children involved, she gets the family home, even if there is a new partner on the scene, plus child support and alimony. The woman gets paid even if she is the partner that dissolved the marriage and still gets paid even if the male partner and her don't legally marry.

For you gambling men out there, would you place a bet on odds such as these?

As for Thai girls looking like sluts like many of their Western counterparts, they are few and far between compared to the permissive society we have in the West and hope that these Western influences never gain a foothold here, this is why I am so against these facebook pictures and happy that I left that type of society well behind me years ago.
