Wireless Internet In Thailand , Can I Install It ?

Featured Replies

I am moving to Thailand from the UK and require good wireless Internet for business requirements. I am moving to the Nong Bua Lamphu area of Thailand will I be able to get wireless Internet fitted and if so how much am I looking at , what sort of costs and any idea of who to contact for installation details

...?

If you go to the Internet, Computers etc forum and have a look at some of the posts you will see a lot of topics about the providers, costs and, not being too negative, the general unreliability of internet in Thailand.

I do not know the area you mean so not sure what providers are available. The main thing to bear in mind is that for every person who claims their isp is solid another will refute it. Individual connections/location are not as representative as the UK so it can be pot luck.

Best of luck.

Moving to the internet and computers forum.

No one EVER needs to subscribe to a wireless Internet plan, just get any old internet service and buy a WiFi router (for $50-100) and plug it in and follow the instructions. Why waste money paying for a service that any monkey can do themselves?
