Most larger hotels have a business centre where you can do this.(That is if you cannot find a cafe.)

Joys Computer shop in Ban Tai, (water side of road)...

Narwin Store, Maehaad ... if you at the north end of KP.

..... but would think there would be several places in Tongsala too. or as Tropicalevo says, the larger hotels, too.
