No - it simply shows your seaman's experience, past employment and qualifications.

Unless you have supporting documentation it has nothing to do with what you are doing in Thailand (or anywhere else) or your right to duty free purchases anywhere.

The only tax exemptions on cars in Thailand are for diplomatic vehicles and ambulances.

Do you get a double dip if you buy a diplomatic ambulance? whistling.gif
