Featured Replies

hello!

is there a shop where they can repair hotwater heaters? rawai/naiharn area would be great, chalong ok as well!

thnks a lot

I'll PM you the address of my repairman, he will be able to fix most problems on a water heater.

yes, there is a place that fixes anything electrical include HW heaters, had mine done there.

its on jao faa west, about 500m south of the PTT petrol station on the same side, left side if going north towards central.

its not super easy to see but just look out for a shop front with a bunch of machinery in stages of disassembly and people wiring motors inside

Good information mate, i will call in and see if they do house calls

There are to many middle men/women here trying to make commisions by recommending businesses or products

What kind of water heater????, the inline cold water in, hot water out type, i'm afraid i would never trust a handyman to go anywhere near such a lethal device if faulty. i've seen quite a few where the copper water chamber (cylinder) leaks at the inlet or outlet or where the element is fitted, seen Thai's install them with what can only be described as bell wire, i insist on minimum 6 mm cable, a super sensitive breaker in the consumer box, a MCB inline and a earthing rod driving in the ground, very few fuse boxes are properly earthed and the normal old breakers are terrible, everyone relys on the ELB on the shower itself. common sense when opening up the shower unit tells you if it looks well past it's best, check your cabling, breakers and earth, stay safe!!!! wai2.gif
