Does anybody out there know what costs are involved in rubbish collection from outside your property. How frequent are the collections and are they on any given day. I live in the Chalong /Rawai.

Got no exp., but I guess you should just pick a poor child from the streets and tell him/her : "You will get some Bath's if you clean the street in front of my property, come back in two day's ..."

No idea about your neck of the woods but here in Pakkret they come twice a week and it's 25bt per month.

Wow that is cheap. Up here in Klong Lan Pattana they come 2 or 3 times a week and its 30 baht a month.

Do you think they will come and collect mine so I can save 5 baht a month?

The charge for rubbish collection is 300 baht per annum, payable at the Or Bor Tor.

They pick up approximately three times per week. Don't know exactly as the truck comes round at different times.

in Phuket Town they come by everyday. not sure if this is different for Chalong.

Go down to the Or Bor Tor's office in Rawai (extreme southern end) and organise it there.
