Red Bull heir finally shows up for questioning

BANGKOK: -- Red Bull heir and fatal hit-and-run suspect Vorayuth Yoovidhya has finally appeared for questioning at Thonglor Police Station.

Deputy Bangkok police chief Pol Maj Gen Anuchai Lekbumrung said yesterday that Vorayuth came to the station last Tuesday, the Bangok Post reported. He did not give an explanation as to why the media had been kept in the dark about his appearance for a week.

It may be possilble that the reason the result seems to be taking so long is because the size of the donation towards the lab technicians retirement fund that is proportional to the favourable result has not yet been received.

Obviously the amount his family offered to be paid to the dead policemans family, the local police boss and other interested parties wasn't near enough. Thus the addition of the 2 new charges and send him away to ponder it and come back with a better offer. What a great message the police and politicians could send to not only the Thai people but the whole world if this goose was gaoled,but sadly it won't happen.....
