Hi, I've been going to the gym for 12 months now and noticed the following changes...

Increased weight - However still the same size 90kg - 99.5kg

More definition and strength.

Joint aches and pains after running on the treadmill, I've never been a runner more of a swimmer.

If you could only eat 10 foods and wanted all your vitamins and to gain mass and definition without the aid of supplements what would the 10 foods be?

Mine are.

Bananas

Pistachio nuts

Chicken

Sardines

Eggs

Brocolli

Beef

Bread

Rice

Kiwi

What would be your top 10 gym foods?
