Truevisions To Lose Epl League Rights

Featured Replies

I read today that True will lose the rights for the English Premier League from next season for at lease 3 years. The rights have been won by a cable company called CTH whom I have never heard of. Does anyone have any info on them and what coverage they have? I live in Phuket and I'm sure they don't have any cable service here. I'm and I'm sure this will be another nail in the coffin for True as they will surely lose many customers because of this move.

I knew if I waited long enough Karma would kick in,I was with True many

years, from when they were IBC,then UBC, when I finally had enough of

the crap, programs, films that were repeated over and over, signal been

lost when it rained, I canceled but they would not give my 4K baht

deposit back,

So for me this made my day,for sure they will loose a lot of subscribers,

as I am sure a many people just have True for the Premier League.

I just hope Cable Thai Holdings, can provide the whole of Thailand with

a first rate service at a reasonable price, now True will have to start

treating their customers a lot better now they have some competition.

Regards Worgeordie

It seems that the company that has bought the rights is looking to sell them (or part of them) on and, as it's already in partnership with True, I'm hopeful there will still be EPL on True next season, hopefully in HD!
