Who or where do I write to ? I cannot write to you from the address used when registered as that was a long time ago and I have no idea what it was.

In case you are wondering that's why I havnt received any form of communication from Thai Visa, that would be wrong, as its a "catch-all" mailbox.

Anything @ domain, would be received, and because of this I use endless different names for registering/internet use etc as to avoid spam.

Please provide further guidance.

If you could send me an email of some sort I would then know which address you have and can use that to write to you in the correct format.

Go to your profile, in the upper right hand corner, click on "Edit my Profile".

In the column on the left side, click on Email & Password, you will find the email address you used when you registered as well as an option to register a new email address, which you may need to do in order to receive communication in regards to these matters.

His group on here says "Validaing". Perhaps he simply needs to find a laptop/PC and log in..then he will see the notification?

Apparently this can be bypassed using the mobile apps, another member informed me of this some time ago....anyway might help.

^^ I didn't go to his profile earlier, since the last post, I have, and to see him as "Validating" is a bit odd to be sure.

Someone with more expertise than I should be along shortly to figure this out.

Validating means the member must click a link in a confirmation email sent from our server.
