Anyone know of one of these mechanics, preferably in the Lamai area.

Tried to use my Nissan pickup yesterday, no joy. Engine ok, but will not move. Checked wheels today, front ok can turn, but rear ones locked solid. Two wheel drive.

Got the lady to operate the handbrake whilst I watched from under, cables seemed to work ok So I need a mobile mechanic as I cannot move the pickup. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

In Chewang - but definitely mobile. Opposite the new Tourism College on the road tothe lake. Pokey little workshop with a ramp. Very good mechanic, speaks no English but jumps on his bike and follows you to the problem. I think that his name is Supot. Not expensive either.

maybe your rear brakes are locked on due to going through water if you have room in front or behind the car just put in gear and give it some rev's and move it should free up.

Thanks will try Chaweng guy, tried to free brakes, but only can smell grinding clutch.
