I just popped round the corner to the shop, all the soi dogs are curled up shivering their furry little balls off

Some of the stray soi dogs in my village have got little shirts on......yet a few little kids walk around barefoot.

It was acctually colder outside then inside at times. Or, I'm lieing...it _felt_ like it was, due to the office-room having less humitidy. But it sure was cool...even had to ask my wife if there was something special on the news since it was so cold today.
